1. Products & Licensing
All products sold on this Store are digital goods delivered electronically. Each product is governed by its associated license (e.g., GPL, regular, or extended license as specified on the product page) which defines how many sites you may use it on and any redistribution restrictions. By purchasing, you agree to the specific license terms listed for that product.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Freemius, our authorized payment processor and merchant of record. Freemius handles checkout, billing, taxes (including VAT/sales tax where applicable), and invoicing on our behalf. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details — this is handled entirely by Freemius’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other method made available at checkout by Freemius.
3. Pricing & Currency
Prices are listed in USD/EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes calculated at checkout based on your location. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at help@wolfthemes.com with your order/license details. Refunds are processed through Freemius and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
5. License Activation & Updates
Upon purchase, you will receive a license key (managed via Freemius) granting access to product downloads, updates, and support for the duration specified by your plan (e.g., 1 year, lifetime). Renewing or maintaining an active license ensures continued access to updates and support.
6. Support
Support is provided for the period specified on the product page or your license plan. Support covers bug fixes and usage guidance for the product as sold; it does not cover custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or modifications made to the original code.
7. Intellectual Property
All themes, plugins, graphics, and content sold on this Store remain the intellectual property of WolfThemes unless otherwise stated in the applicable license. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under the stated terms — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased products or license keys outside the scope of the granted license. Unauthorized distribution may result in license revocation without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms. WolfThemes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Store or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
